Back to BP after a decade off

Hi everyone, I was a BP member starting back in 2010 when I began investing and learned learned just about everything here I needed to get started.  I haven't been active on the site in probably 10 years but I'm circling back to network and hopefully contribute to others success.

I'm a 50/50 partner with another local investor, and in that time we've flipped about 150 houses, opened a brokerage and acquired a portfolio of single family and small commercial properties.  The last couple of years, we've bought and renovated several multi-tenant office and retail properties and we're interested in continuing to learn everything about that space.

We've done all of this on our own without any employees, but a priority going forward will be bringing in a couple people to help us scale and streamline the business.

Looking forward to being part of the community again!
