Small Business Owner Looking for Real Estate Investments

Hi All,

I’m a small business owner in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. While I’m very green and still identifying what I want to do, I am leaning towards a smaller MFH unit. But more than anything, like I’m assuming is true for all of you, I’m drawn to the passive income and tax benefits real estate provides. Therefore I’m still very open to my next move. 

I want to leverage this community to continue learning about all real estate and possibly form some professional partnerships.
