Hello everyone! I am brand new here

Hello everyone! I am brand new here, but despite that, I've delved into numerous books and observed clients in the multifamily realm of investing for years. I reached a point where I couldn't bear sitting on the sidelines any longer. After receiving advice from multiple clients to take action, I've finally made the decision to do something. I'm not entirely sure what that something is, but I have a pretty good idea.

I'd appreciate any feedback you might have on my plans. Initially, I'm considering fix and flips on bank-repossessed properties, but I'll always be on the lookout for distressed multifamily properties, not necessarily in the conventional sense. Personally, I'm particularly interested in storm-damaged properties, both exterior and interior. Hail damage, in particular, is like a golden ticket to subrogation – it's my bread and butter. If you're not familiar with the subrogation process and how it applies to real estate investment, please send me a private message. I love bouncing my ideas off anyone willing to listen.
