Starting Full Time in REI
Hi my name is Nick, I wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'm from Los Angeles and living here with with my wife, ragdoll cat, and yorkie puppy (wife had to have one).
Dec 2023 marks my full-time jump into REI. I've been studying and interested since 2019, but never found myself really putting my time and energy here.
I have one property from a 2022 tax sale which I sold on seller financing, and actively on the hunt for residential LTR and multi-family. I'm starting in Florida market.
I'm an Engineer by education, worked hands-on in construction for about a year, and am an Human Resources professional. (Wish I was a more professional sailboat racer)!
Would love to connect with like-minded and experienced investors.
