Hi all. My name is Bill and I am very interested in getting into Real Estate investing. Trouble is, I don't have much to start with. My wife has an IRA worht approx 50k. We each have a 401K (I don't think I can use those assets although I can with the IRA). We get very excited when we see all the fun and money to be made in real estate.

I believe I can make and save more money with RE than the brokers can with stocks and bonds. At least, I have a direct impact on my money this way.

I am interested in learning a lot and meeting new people who can help me along the way. I look forward to entering this very interesting and exciting world.

Thanks for this forum, it is a great resource.

Bill
