Hello!

I am an experienced RE Investor looking to expand my network. I just moved to Williamsburg from VA Beach.

I have a bachelors degree from Virginia Tech in Construction Management.

I have experience analyzing, purchasing and self managing: Single-Family, Small Multi-Mamily, Large Multi-Family, and Small Commercial properties in the Hampton Roads area.

I have just passed my RE Salesperson exam and I am looking to help others become investors in this local market. I know the current rate environment can make it seem challenging to get started as an investor right now but there are still opportunities in our market for both buy-and-hold and fix-and-flip investors.
