Hi all, my name is Ian and I figured I'd quit lurking around and finally get involved in the community over here. I currently work full time, so everything I'm looking for as of now is just as a side gig for some extra cash flow. I'm currently looking at getting into the rental market and maybe some fix and flips once I get the hang of things, but haven't taken the plunge yet. Still a lot of reading and general anxiety to get over before I do. Once I get a good knowledge base I'll see if the wife wants to get involved as well seeing as she's going to be part time for a while because of our children.

I look forward to learning even more from this site and talking with the many experienced people that are on here.

You, and anyone else are cordially invited to come out and meet people who are investing in the Metro Detroit area. We've only been doing this for a few months but I've already seen deals being put together and relationships being built.
