I am thrilled to join this community and introduce myself. My name is John St.Clair. I am proud father and also a rookie in the real estate business. I am excited to embark on a journey in the real estate wholesaling business. I have always had a passion for real estate and see wholesaling as a fantastic opportunity to get started in the industry.

I wanted to reach out to this wonderful community as I am looking for advice and guidance from experienced individuals in the field. Wholesaling for those who may be unfamiliar involves finding discounted properties and then assigning the contract to another buyer for a profit. It can be a challenging but rewarding venture and I am eager to learn the best strategies and practices.

If anyone has any insights tips or suggestions for someone just starting out in the wholesaling real estate business I would greatly appreciate it. I believe that connecting and learning from experienced individuals will immensely help me navigate this exciting but sometimes complex industry.

Additionally I am also thrilled to share that I recently closed my first wholesale real estate deal. It was an exhilarating experience and I am grateful for the learning opportunity it provided. However I understand that there is so much more to learn and improve upon. So any wisdom you can offer would be incredibly valuable to me.
