Retired Military Building Portfolio in Northwest Arkansas

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a little about myself as I step into a new chapter of life. After years of military service, I've found my way to the stunning landscapes of Northwest Arkansas. Right now, I'm juggling a couple of short-term rentals (STRs). Last year, I decided to dive even deeper by getting my real estate license – and now, I'm ready to take things up a notch.

My plan? To explore more, invest more, and make the most of the opportunities in this awesome region. But, of course, financing is a big piece of the puzzle. That's where I could use your insights. My rentals are currently under my personal name. I would like to evaluate the option of refinancing them into an LLC and using the equity to purchase additional rentals.

If you've got any tips on rocking the real estate game, finding the right financing, or just navigating the Northwest Arkansas market, I'd love to hear from you.
