Brand New to BP!!!!
Just starting! New to real estate investing (outside of personal property). Long career in Business Development and Procurement. Ready to use these skills to find great properties and renters. Have not determined whether to pursue rentals (home, multifamily) or commercial real estate (warehouse, industrial). I am in the learning phase. Look forward to working with this community.
