Question

I'm currently 24 years old and have a passion for coaching people in the gym, and eventually would like to own a franchise gym to build that wealth in the long run. But I've also always been interested in wholesaling and have been reading as many books as I can to become more knowledgeable of the space. Authors such as Robert K. and Brandon Turner. I'm hoping to find better real-life education on here as well, hopefully a mentor also but I can't wait to learn more! and if you're in the area, i would love to connect and learn more!

There are lots of people in San Antonio who are doing deals everyday. There are tons of meetups to get to know people who live and work in the area. When you see people on the forums, you can see their profile and connect with them.

I can tell you, if you are working a 40 hour week AND trying to learn, it is going to take lots of effort and time on your part. Investing is not hard or difficult, but it does take lots of effort.
