Newbie from Oklahoma here!

New to BP, I have two LTR and one STR, looking to expand and grow a business out these! I would love to explore away from SFHs and invest in other types of real estate. I am also not tied to Oklahoma. Any tips, tricks, recommendations for a newbie here would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
