New member and newcomer from Ukraine looking for friends!

Hi to all. I am new member of the forum and also we with family are new residents of this beautiful country. We want to enter house hacking/multi-family/short term rental as soon as possible. We currently live in Santa Monica, CA but I see that it is almost impossible to do here and within the Los Angeles area. I still don't know much about the US market and how everything works here, but I have a little experience from Ukraine and am currently actively studying the topic.
