Hey everyone I'm Kevin,
I'm 30 living in nyc for most of my life. I work in he I.T field & make a good wage.
My rent is cheap and I want start making some passive income and start a family.
Looking to buy an 2 family home in upstate New York. Rochester, or Albany.
40-50k home. If anyone has advise or info please let me know. Not looking to flip homes or hard loan deals as of yet. Still pretty new to this. Thanks everyone and happy new year to you all.
