Hi! I just finished Rich Dad Poor Dad and started reading How to Invest in Real Estate today. I read RDPD in two days so I'm going to need some more book recs ASAP as I'm fully submerging myself into this!

Thank you! :)

Hello! My name is Sloane Kraftsow, and I'm thrilled to connect with fellow enthusiasts of personal finance and real estate investing. I work in the private lending sector, where I have the opportunity to assist individuals in achieving their real estate investment goals.

I noticed you mentioned reading 'Rich Dad Poor Dad,' which is an excellent choice for getting started on the path to financial education. It's a thought-provoking book that challenges traditional perspectives on wealth accumulation. I'm glad you've taken an interest in real estate investing and have started reading 'How to Invest in Real Estate.' It's an invaluable resource for gaining practical insights into real estate investment.

As you're eager to dive deeper into this field, I'd be delighted to recommend additional books to expand your knowledge and provide different perspectives. Some noteworthy titles include 'The Millionaire Real Estate Investor' by Gary Keller, 'The Book on Rental Property Investing' by Brandon Turner, and 'The ABCs of Real Estate Investing' by Ken McElroy.

Let me know if you'd like more specific recommendations based on your interests or have any other questions. Welcome to BP!
