Greetings,

My name is Matt Koegler. I am a Marine Corps officer living in California with my wife. My dream is to become financially secure, and I believe real estate is the way for me. Having read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", and watched many of Phil Pustejovsky videos on youtube, I am convinced this is the path for me.

I am interested in single-family units in the southwest, or units in college towns. I went to Penn State, and think that owning a property around a big college town is easy money.

If anyone has any tips, I am all ears!
