Hope you all had a great New Years. Just wanted to introduce myself and start this year off right. I have been reading Bigger Pockets for a couple of months and listening to most of the pod casts which helped convert me into REI full time. I have been exposed to the industry, being a MLO for 5 years as well as a RE agent for just over a year. My father also does REI on the mobile home side.
