Heh! It appears I introduced myself on the wrong page. I retired early but the company I worked for went bankrupt so I am getting about 10% of my expected retirement. I figure the best way to replace my retirement income and build a business for my grandson so he won't have to rely on anyone else for his living is through real estate.
I am about to start marketing and hopefully will close my first deal within the next 4 or 5 weeks. Looking forward to learning a lot from BP.
