Hey everyone. My name is Rico, and I am from Stockton, California. As I am sure most of you know, at the height of the real estate collapse, Stockton was the #1 city in the country for foreclosures. I bought my first single family home in March at the age of 22. I have been fortunate enough to see a 40% rise in value of my home, and I am getting ready to use my equity to start flipping homes. I have secured additional solid private financial backing, and am looking to buy my first rehab at the end of spring. Until then, I am here to learn from the best and educate myself to the fullest :)
