Glad I found this website, been learning a lot and ready to get started!

My name is Karis from San Diego, but I live in Denver now for 2 years and love it.

I have always loved real estate and Im looking to get back into the field as an investor.

Mortgage Loan Originator 6 months
Mortgage Loan officer 6months

My goal for 2014 is to get into real estate investing through wholesaling, increasing my real estate networks, work on getting my license for Colorado, Eventually with experience build a real estate investment business and investing in rehabs, and cash properties.

Currently Seeking Mentors,
Investors for wholesale list for Colorado (maybe California), and anybody and anyone to help build knowledge with and network.
