I currently live in CA. I'm a physical therapist and I'm preparing to move to north east Florida in the next year or so and I'm learning all I can to be ready to jump into REI when we move. My wife and I are saving money staying with my parents and we have a 5month old son.

@Jordan Alexander - welcome aboard! I've heard a lot of buzz and speculation in Florida and think you're definitely headed to the right market. Good for you on saving money to live with parents, also helps to have them as babysitters LOL!
