Hello BP! Thought I would say hello! I'm going to be new to investing and will be in the Anchorage/ Eagle River / Wasilla areas. A co-worker has really gotten me doing my home work on investing in real estate. He has done pretty well for himself and owns several properties. He has been a wealth of knowledge for me. I'm eager to begin, but still have a bit of research to do before I'm ready to fully start. I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone! Thanks
