New member from Central CA, Fresno
I absolutely don't know anything about real estate. I found this website by accident and have been reading for 4 days now. I got interested in real estate from my neighbor who just bought a condo. I have some cash saved and would like to start investing. Everything seems very confusing to me but with so much information available on these forums, hopefully I will get things figured out.
