Hello everyone so glad to be part of BP. I have experience in Realestate investing. I was a full time buy and hold guy.In 06 I went through a really nasty divorce and lost everything. Since then I have done about 13 wholesale deals. I finally got my credit back in order and in 2014 I will start holding properties again. I love Realestate and personally know that it is a great wealth builder. Also glad to be able to network with tons of other investors.
