Hello everyone my name is Glenn Lucas and I am an aspiring investor, I'm also new to bigger pockets and Real Estate. I was wondering if anyone had any advice or could shed light on the best way or ways for a young person with little money to start.

Hi Glenn

I too am from Phoenix, AZ! I'll tell you one thing - This forum is the best place to start. I've been in my research phase for some time now, but BP has really kickstarted my motivation and given me the confidence to make a move.

Regarding your question, it depends on what niche of real estate investing you are interested in. Many suggest wholesaling as a great avenue to start raising capital when you are starting with no funds. It also helps you learn to find properties, analyze deals, run rehab cost analysis, and build your network.

Spend a few months here on the forum. Read the posts, read the blogs, listen to the podcasts, and most importantly, don't lose your drive!

PM me if you'd like to connect further. I'm always looking for opportunities to build my local network!
