Hello.  I just founded a new company called Redbud Commercial Real Estate.  Redbud is the name of the 16th hole at August where Tiger chipped in so yes I'm a huge golf fan and a 5 handicap.  I am looking to meet with as many people as I can over the course of these 3 days.  I am selling my Radiology business soon and will be investing in Tampa - looking for B and C multifamily residential assets in A and B locations and value-add.  Would love to meet other investors, property managers, contractors, RE attorneys, brokers, lenders, etc.   Please reach out.
