I was renting from another city 200 miles away. Johell Aponte CEO of Move On House Buyers took more than $14,000 of my life savings so that I could get into a safe secure home with no issues and any issue that did arise could quickly be resolved. Instead I got a house that was easily condemnable- toilets with no wax rings made the house reek of a freeway off-ramp men's room.

the garage floods when it rains and destroyed the stuff that I had stored in there even though the house was on the market as a rental when I looked at it the Make ready was not performed. When I moved in the house was still a mess.

no hot water for the first month, flickering lights, a chimney that had ripped away from the roof, leftover evidence of previous tenants cooking in the fireplace breakers randomly flipping off whether the appliance was on or not more than 24 maintenance requests in 4 months the last one being and  flames and Sparks shooting out of the main breaker box when I tried to flip the breaker back on.

(that was Joel's management company solution to the flipping breakers was to tell me just flip the breakers back on)

TO DATE A WEEK AFTER THE FLAMES AND SPARKS SHOT FROM THE BREAKER BOX HE HAS STILL NOT BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME OR ANSWER MY EMAILS AND CERTIFIED LETTERS. AND NO REPAIRS HAVE BEEN DONE TO THE MAIN BOX.
