New Member Introduction

Timothy Cammack
Posted

Hello all!

My name is Timothy Cammack and I am a beginner real estate investor based out of the Chattanooga area. I am in the process of looking for my first deal after months of consuming knowledge so I could have enough understanding to take the next step forward. I am super excited and grateful to be a part of this community and would love any tips or tricks to help me along the journey!

Thank you,

Timothy Cammack

@Timothy Cammack welcome to the world of REI!

My wisdom would be find your why, be super specific, and then develop a plan to reach that goal.  Think about your strengths, risk tolerance, management philosophy, cashflow goals, etc.  That should all inform your plan.  If your plan looks like someone's else's plan, it's not personalized enough.

Once you have that plan, execute!
