Bet on yourself

Hello, I left my job and company and I'm  a licensed PE Civil Engineer in Palmer Alaska. I own a local Carwash and a manufacturing and e-commerce store for LS motor racing parts.

My wife, 1 year old daughter and myself live in a detached garage with MIL and rent out the main house.

We are hooked on real-estate. I have another lot a few plots from my house I want to build short term rentals on.

I'm wanting to get experience in all aspects of real-estate so we can find the nitch we enjoy and are successful with.

I know what my financial goal is but I'm struggling on how to break into this passion. I dont want to make excuses I want to make solutions. Any insight would be helpful
