I am new to this and am hoping to buy my first house hack property in 2024, but I am overseas (Japan) for now so I am trying to do my due diligence. If y’all could share ways to research and avoid these crazy interest rates that would be much appreciated. I am thinking about property in either California, Nevada, or Texas and would like to rent to military. I hope to find allies here and get over that first property fear.
