Good evening. Just getting started in the rental business. The duplex next door is owner occupied and I have gotten to know her over the years. She wants to move to a nearby town to be closer to family and asked me to buy! Decided to go for it. Each side is 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, and 1 car garage all in very nice shape. I have enjoyed reading on BP and hope this all goes well!
