FHA BEST INVESTMENT NAHVILLE
Hey all, my name is Miguel, Nashville native and I’m a first time buyer. I’m approved for up to 350k but with an fha loan. I’m trying to get my foot in the door of real estate investment. My monthly payment if I max it would be 3k a month. I’m looking at house hacking as an option. What advice can y’all give me? I’m just trying to make the best first move that I can.
