Hello!

I've been lurking on the BP site for a little while now and I feel like its time to join the community as a more active member.

My wife and I are relatively new real estate investors. We decided to get in to this as a part time effort for now while continuing to work in our "day jobs". We bought our first rental property in May. We currently have 2 single family rental townhomes in the Baltimore, MD area. One has been rented for several months and the second one should have a tenant in by the end of this month. (Fingers crossed! ;)) Recently, we just won an auction for our third property and should close on it the beginning of December.

We never thought that we would grow this fast in this short of a time but the deals were too good to pass up. So far, so good but we still feel like we have a lot to learn and this site has been a great resource so far.

Thanks,

Scott
