Hello all, my name is Kevin and I live in Virginia Beach, Va.

I am a newbie to real estate investing, outside of owning my own home.

I am really interested in the idea of building a real estate portfolio to generate passive income (to start....). With the way that 401ks and Social Security are headed, I want to take matters into my own hands.
