Hi my name is Jordan and i'm from California but currently living and working in Manhattan, NY. I currently work as a cook and hate my job. I've always been interested real estate and now I've finally decided to act on it. I have no experience in Real Estate, but lately I have been reading about wholesaling and house flipping. I am very excited about the opportunities real estate can provide. I joined this site because it looked like a legit site to learn and network.
