New member in Bryan/College Station Texas

Hi everyone! Im a new member here in Bryan/College Station. I am in the process of trying to purchase my first rental/investment property. It is a 4 plex, and i will be owner occupying one unit, and renting out the rest. I hope that this investment works out for me, as I would really like to eventually have more properties under my belt. If any of you are in my area, contact me and maybe we can chat and trade ideas or something. And if there are any long time investors or landlords that would be interested in giving me info, I would be more than happy to run errands for you, or anything else that you may need done. I feel that i could learn alot from someone that has been around the block a time or two.
