Hello BP community

I am very new to real estate investing with one STR I purchased a few years back. I am currently reading up and building my plan and tools now. I intend to scope my markets and start in buy and hold rentals next year. Eyeing Philadelphia market and suburbs but need to do my research on where. Would love to connect with fellow investors in the area and here any solid tips or advice for a newbie. Wish you all well in your investing

Cheers

Justin

Something worth looking into would be the Bellweather District. Philly is growing and changing for the better and I believe will hold great value for both new and experienced investors.
