Western NC buy hold investor

I am based in Shelby NC. I have been doing real estate investing for over 20 years. I like to think my niche is tenant selection. I have a very strong collection rate and a very low eviction rate. I spend my time on the front end and try to eliminate the back end problems. My name is David and I manage about 50 single family residents and 2 large commercial buildings and still run a construction company as a licensed general contractor.
