Ready to take actionable steps to invest in rental properties.

Sarah Wright
Posted

Hey there! I'm Sarah Wright from South Carolina's friendly Lowcountry. I believe, out of all the ways to invest money or have passive income, owning rental properties just makes sense. The average person doesn't jump into adulthood owning a house. It's a necessity most people need. The category in the rental space I'd like to zero in on is multi-family homes. I'd rather not rob people of the opportunity of owning a home by buying up residential property to rent. Though, starting out on my investor journey, I fully understand I'll have to take my opportunities as they come.
I love that there are already tried and true formulas and strategies in place to direct my decision-making process, and valuable communities like BiggerPockets to connect with other investors and mentors. I look forward to the opportunities ahead.
