Greetings everyone! I'm new to the real estate world and I'm anxious to learn as much as possible. A very good friend of mine is a fairly new real estate investor and he encouraged me to explore this industry and so far I like what I see. There are so many different skill sets that go into this industry that in addition to achieving financial success, this is a great opportunity to bolster talents I already have and develop talents I didn't know I had, and even "eliminate" ones I thought I had. I look forward to networking and not only learning as much as possible but also establishing some really good relationships. I'll see you in (and outside) of the forums!
