Just a Padawan

Greeting all,

I'm Bret and I live in Cumming, Ga a suburb of Atlanta just a short hike from the North Georgia Mountains. Better known as North Georgia. (Testing my keyword alerts).

I'm really excited to have found the BP community a few weeks ago and have spent most of my free time reading the "Start Here" articles and meandering through the associated "related articles". BP has really helped me focus my thoughts, suggested some really great reading material and I even started taking my first steps in networking with local RE investors. Attended my very first GaREIA newbie class last night. All because of BP! So, thanks for giving me a push in the right direction.

As you could guess from the above I haven't started investing in properties as of yet, only my education and knowledge base. I'm interested in residential multifamily properties, commercial multifamily (future) and property development. Building my business plan, team players and networking are my next steps.

If you have any post suggestion or blogs you think would be great reads, want to offer advise on navigating the world of RE or just say hello, please do. I'll take the attention with open ears and a spongy brain.

Thanks for the opportunity to meet everyone and I look forward to giving back to this community.
