New Member from Boston taking the dive
Hi all, my name is Kevin and I live on the south shore of Boston. I am aiming to invest in multi-families. The location of those multi's remains fluid. I am mostly searching in NE and the south (where the weather is warmer). But really, if the numbers work somewhere I will dive deeper.
I am hoping that by using the tools available and the active community within BiggerPockets I will be able to realize some goals faster.
I am a one-time long ago duplex investor who nearly lost his shirt and is looking to get back in the game. I currently am in the role of an architectural designer and BIM manager. Looking forward to hearing from this community.
