Taking a new direction in the Cleveland area - forever learning

Hi BP community!! This year is the year I plan to assemble my team and embark upon investing in real estate. I am a school Principal looking to make money work harder and plan to arrange my finances to BRRRR single family homes to begin my journey. My goal is to get #1 sealed this year. I will be working FT, and have a wife, 3 kids and family home out in suburbia. Having only lived in the States for 7 years and the current home for 5, the ability to access equity isn't there yet

I've started the year out setting up the LLC to make it all happen (a step I may have already goofed, or acquired my first learning moment from), reading books and taking in podcasts to conceptualize how to effectively analyze deals in my target areas.

I'm keen to connect with other investors, as well as agents, contractors and lenders in the Greater Cleveland that can share the adventure with me in the coming months.  Looking forward to hearing from you!!
