Hey Everyone! I'm brand new here on the forums. I've been listening to BiggerPocket podcasts as I drive a lot for work. I'm only about 100 podcasts in though. Only 500+ more to go. But lots of great info and I'm soaking it all up. 

I've been working on the title side of things, doing closings for the past couple of years. Just got my real estate license here in Florida. Hoping to invest in my own properties here soon. Meantime, I'll be happy to help out anyway I can, even if only for the experience. 

So, if you need anything in the Tampa Bay area, I'm North of Clearwater. But I drive a lot of for work anyway, so I'm all over Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties. Looking forward to meeting all of you and working with some of you in the near future.
