Looking for Mentorship in South Texas!!!
Hi everyone, were new here to biggerpockets and just wanted to say Hi our names are Spencer and Delaia. Were 29 and 28 and have been studying real estate for a few months. Our end goal is to fix and flip and own rental properties that cash flow but in order to get to there we feel we need capitol so were starting off wholesaling. Were located in South Texas Mcallen area and were looking for a local mentor if possible. We understand the value knowledge has and if anyone knows a mentor or who would be willing to mentor in any of the following (wholesaling, fix and flips, buy and hold) please let us know.
