Hello All!

Firstly, I wish I would have stumbled across BP a few years ago. This is an outstanding resource and really demonstrates the potential of the internet. Thank you for making this happen!

So, Im a younger, active duty military investor (late 20's) who jumped into REI accidental and haven't looked back; I know this will be how I finance my real retirement.

I currently have three properties. One upside down condo, a 3/2 single family, and the 5/3.5 I live in. Im very anxious to start leveraging the equity i've developed (about 160K) b/c I know that this historic window of depressed prices and rates is waning. After buying the single family I KNEW that was the way to go b/c the condo was such a pain, but now I think im comfortable enough to explore the multi-family market or leveraging the wholesale market to find lucrative buy and hold rentals.

Finally, Im excited to jump head first into the intimidatingly massive forums to learn as much as I can.

Thanks again,

-Logan
