Hi! My name is Matt Virgin and I am new to real estate investing. I live in Evansville, IN and I am focusing my investment efforts in my city. My business partner and I are beginning with wholesaling to build capital, and we will then move into fix & flips, and have a long-term goal of owning many single-family and multi-family rental properties.
