New to real estate investing ... not sure where to start

Kiara Millet

Hi all!

I am new to real estate and this community. I have decided that I want to dedicate my time and money to creating a financial free future. Without having the extra funds to spend on gurus, starter kits and etc. I’ve been diving into podcasts, YouTube, articles, and other free resources. I have a strong interest in various investment opportunities within real estate (flipping, rental, wholesale, land) and looking for a sense of community to achieve my goals and figure out which route is best with having limited funds.

Looking to find a long term sense of community with like minded individuals. However we can help each other get to the next level and achieve our goals, lets connect!

Happy Holidays!

@Kiara Millet congrats on getting started! I would recommend attending local meetups to meet investors who you have a personality match with, or to meet someone who is doing exactly what you want to do. Get to know them and figure out what holes they have in the business and what they might need help with. Mentorship is not a "one size fits all", while the game of real estate is all about relationships. I'd suggest not to rush into any mentorship nor working with the first person you talk to. Check out the "Network" tab on BP or go to meetups.com to see which events are near you. hope this helps
