    I'm an agent in Pueblo. I wouldn't mind seeing something like this happen in Pueblo as well. In the meantime, if you have any questions I'd be more than happy to help out.

    I am a investor in pueblo and really think we should look at setting something up.

    Yes, i have bought a few properties here in Pueblo. I have held on to 5 of them and want to buy more. Let's bring a group together. Who has the ability to run this kind of group?

    @Account Closed No on has ever setup this meetup. This would be the right time to. How is your investing going in the area?

    @Robert Herrera I may be interested in helping to get this started if there is still interest.

    We landed our first deal in Pueblo and want to continue. This market is not what we expected! It seems like you have had a lot of success in Pueblo. We would be interested in hearing more about what you are doing and how you are finding deals.

    Hey Geri Symons I'm seriously thinking about jumping into the Pueblo market later this year. Mind sharing what it is that you weren't expecting?

    @Account Closed prices in pueblo have always been very affordable. We were surprised by the competitive market and the rise in property value.

    Geri Symons let me know if you need some help organizing the event. I would definitely show up. Aaron Hunt now is the time. By 2020/2021 will be the top of that market, if your looking for appreciation, in my opinion. Even so, you will still be able to buy for cash flow at that time still, I believe

    It is nice that there is a little Pueblo group growing here on BP. I'm very active in the market in love it. Unfortunately, I live overseas and couldn't join a meet-up. I'll be back for a few weeks in July if we want to pull off an informal meet-up in Pueblo over a meal or coffee or drinks.

    Did a meetup group for Pueblo investors ever happen? I will be traveling to Colorado next week and would like to meet up with other investors active in the Colorado Springs and Pueblo areas. Even if face to face isn't possible, phone or email conversations would be great! Cheers.

    @Rick S. - I've decided not to invest in Pueblo at this time although I think there are plenty of opportunities there. I'm also not aware of any formal meetups in Pueblo, so you're probably more likely to hook up at a meetup in the Springs.

    Hello everyone,

    I'm in Colorado for another week or so. I would like to organize an informal get together. I'm thinking Tuesday, July 18th or Thursday, 20th around 5 or 6 pm. We could grab a meal or a drink and discuss property managers, contractors, lenders, Realtors, attorneys and all things having to do with Pueblo Real Estate investing.

    @Jason Eberhardt

    @Account Closed

    All are welcome.

    @Robert Herrera

    Any chance you can change your plans and come down on Tuesday around 4 pm? I already connected with @Jason Eberhardt and he isn't available on Thursday.
