Turning an SFR into an ADU and building a new SFR in LA
Hey Bigger Pockets Community,
I am an agent in LA working with a new modular home company and we are looking at a project in the Mount Washington area of Los Angeles.
The property has a small 522 sq foot SFR that is designated as an HPOZ contributor, and our client is looking to build a new modular home about twice the size on the large lot and convert the existing SFR into the ADU.
Does anyone have any experience with such a project or know if it's even possible to do this?
Thanks!!
